How can I register a question, suggestion or complaint?

Just send an email to (remove the spaces) info @ acidus.nl and we will help you as soon as possible.

How can I become a customer with my company?

Fill in all details as well as possible! After we have checked your data, we will send you an email with your log in data.

Under the button login you can easily register your company with us.

I cannot find the products I am looking for.

If you cannot find the right products, please contact our sales department Tel: 085-2100252 or email verkoop @ acidus.nl (remove spaces in the email address)

Cancel your order

Just send an email to info @ acidus.nl (remove spaces) and state your customer number and what you want to cancel, if your order has not yet been shipped, we will check it can be canceled.

RMA request

How do I apply for an RMA?

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your credit in euros.

Step 4. We will refund you

Return the items you want to return to the box in which you received the order.
State what you are returning at the bottom of the packing slip by ticking the items. Include the packing slip in the box.
Step 3. Send the articles to acidus e.g.

Log in via 'LOG IN' (or click on YOUR DETAILS if you are already logged in) at the top right of the site.
Click on 'Request RMA' and select the order and items for which you want to request an RMA.
Also indicate at the bottom of the printed packing slip which items you want to return.

How soon will I be refunded after returning?

Once we have received the return and it has been processed. The amount will be activated on your Acidus account within 2 working days.
You can then choose to use this credit for a new order, or to have it refunded to the account with which you paid the order.
You will receive an email confirmation once the RMA has been processed by us.

How long does it take for an RMA request to be processed?

We will receive the return within 5 working days. Once we have received it, it will be processed within a few days and you will receive an automatic confirmation email of your RMA request.


Within what period can I return one item or more?

When you have received the order, you can return the items within a period of 90 days if they have not been used.


I sent something back. How do I know when you received this?

Once we have received and processed the return, you will receive an email confirmation from us.

If I want to return items do I have to pay the return costs myself?

Yes, you must send this to ACIDUS yourself

If I have bought a discounted item, can I still return it?

Yes of course. You can also receive the amount minus the discount back from this article. If you want to receive another variant, order it via the site, so just place a new order. We will place the money back on your account, you can then indicate whether you want to use it for a new order or have it back on your bank account.
